Scope
This policy covers ogclaim.com and the messages you send to Ogclaim by WhatsApp or email. It is short because there is not much to say.
Messages
A claim conversation usually contains a handle, a profile link and sometimes proof such as a trademark number or a business registration. That information is used to work out a route, to submit the claim and to reply to you. Do not send passwords or login codes. They are never needed.
Site analytics
The site runs its own analytics. A visit records the pages seen, the referring site or search term, a campaign tag if the link had one, device, browser, operating system, time zone, button clicks and scroll depth. The server also receives your IP address, derives an approximate location from it, and checks whether the location and your time zone disagree, which can indicate a VPN. The IP address is stored with the visit.
A random identifier is saved in local storage so a returning visit is recognised. No advertising or social tracking is loaded.
Who sees it
The platform sees only what a claim itself needs. Our hosting and database providers process the analytics. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
Deleting things
Write to team@unbanz.com to have your messages or linked analytics removed. Clearing your browser’s local storage resets the random identifier.

The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
